敏捷嘉年华大会
RSG（英文名：Regional Scrum Gathering™）是中国年度最大的敏捷行业盛典，始于2008年。
随着2026年人工智能和智能体迎来爆发式增长，Scrum和敏捷开发也必须随之变革。本次活动将探讨如何调整框架以适应人机混合团队、缩短迭代周期，以及如何将人工智能体视为真正的团队成员，并要求它们进行清晰的沟通和协作。
